1.和当地TSD保持定期沟通,收集客户名单及信息,并直接和当地客户电话联系以确保TSD所提供信息的准确性;
2. Call up distributors and shops to verify if the product has been deliverd on-time, and check if they have enough stockage for future orders;
致电当地经销商客户及零售店客户,确保货物产品按时按量到货,并跟进库存情况;
3. Call up clients to check when was the TSD’s last visit to their shops, and to collect feedbacks from the customers (if they are aware of company’s new product, incentive plolicies, or any complaints from end-users...etc)
致电零售店客户并了解最近一次TSD的拜访情况,获取客户反馈(客户是否了解我们的新产品信息,是否了解销售政策,是否收到任何投诉等);
4. When received any compalints from the field, make notes and pass on the message to General Manager, and help dealing with communications if needed;
当收到客户投诉时,做好详细记录并将信息汇报给当地总经理,如有必要,协助出面沟通;
5. Contact shops wo verify if the marketing promotion meterials and recruitment poster have been well implemented inside the shop;
和当地零售店沟通,确保市场宣传资料及招聘海报等物品已经在店内顺利落实;
